C.K Bruce has over 20 years’ experience of IT experience. His professional experiences are in Information Security management, ISO 27001 implementation, IT auditing, governance and IT project management. He is also a lead trainer in areas of IT risk, Information security, IT audit and IT governance. He has an extensive track record of having trained and mentored over 400 technology assurance professionals over the years.

He is a founding member and Past President of ISACA Accra Chapter, the global professional body for IT Auditors and information security professionals. He has served in a number of ISACA roles on the global and continental level, including as ISACA Africa Lead, responsible for business development for Africa.

CK is also a member of Microsoft Outside Counsel Network, where he has done a number of high-level policy focused engagements. He was Lead Project Executive for a number of key large public sector eGovernment projects namely the Ghana Government Enterprise Architecture (GGEA) and the eGovernment Interoperability Framework (eGIF) where he developed the information security aspects of the project.

CK has undertaken information security consulting engagements, mainly implementing ISO 27001 ISMS, across industries namely banking, IT services, education, government, and maritime.

He is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars covering topics around information security, IT governance, IT risk and audit. He is also an accredited trainer with global leading professional certification training organization, namely ISACA-APMG, PECB and EC-Council.

CK has served and continues to serve on a number of corporate boards in Ghana, Interpay Ghana, NDL Ltd, Heritage Bank and Innovare Ghana. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the College of Education, University of Ghana. He is also a member of the Committee of Co-operation between Law Enforcement Agencies and the Banking Community (COCLAB). He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Ghana.
