Dr Cephas P.K Coffie is a distinguished Senior Lecturer, Entrepreneur, and Certified Enterprise Trainer and Assessor with over a decade of experience in academia.

Dr. Coffie has a Ph.D. in Management Science specializing in Financial Technology from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. He had his Master of Business Administration- Finance and Systems from SRM University, India. His Bachelor of Business Administration-Accounting and Finance degree is from the All Nations University. He also holds a professional certificate in Vocational Education and Training.

Dr. Coffie currently works with the Melbourne Polytechnic Fuzhou Campus, China. Before joining Melbourne Polytechnic, He worked at the All Nations University, Koforidua Ghana as a lecturer and assistant head of the Accounting Department. He currently serves as a board member for Connected Farms and Brainstorm Technologies Consult.

Dr. Coffie is an established authority in financial technology (FinTech) research with copious publications in top-ranked journals. He also serves as a high reviewer to several top journals. His areas of research interest include FinTech, Blockchain Technology, Internet Finance, and Small Business Management.
